    5. Thank you for the variety of music, no commercials! Your station connects with Alexa by Amazon, so in home listening is superb! Please keep all the love coming and meaningful old school tunes filling the air! Modern music is well different, and I need to stay open minded…..but Kaven Scott please continue to find sounds that enlighten the soul! My donation is on the way love! ❤️

    6. KEVAN : THIS A.M. YOU PLAYED A VERSION OF “MY BUDDY” PLEASE, KINDLY, CAN YOU TELL ME WHO WAS THE MUSICIAN WHO SANG/PLAYED THAT VERSION, etc…(?)
      MAHALO

    7. Kevan, not sure if your the one I talked to on Saturday March 18th around 10:40 in the morning. Anyway you mentioned that the group that I was inquiring about was The Shadows. The only music that I was able to track down by The Shadows was similar to what The Ventures sounded like back when. The song I heard on that morning was more contemporary to the Ventures time back in the 60’s. Any help?
      Mahalos!

    8. Kevan plays a refreshing mix of music that includes so many forgotten, or previously overlooked, gems. He presents them with a folksy delivery and background that really enhances the listening experience.

Mahalo for all the years of great radio!

    9. I’ll be tuning in from Whidbey Island, WA. I just got a heads-up from David J. that you play a great group of songs!

      • Pardon my being delinquent. Don’t usually go to my page, Kristen. Not very tech savvy. Could it have been, “Sixty Years On”? Being 21/2months ago, can you give me a hint..lyric etc.
You can reach me at mudmanpro@hawaii.rr.com or ring during my show. 808 956 7261. Above all, thanks for listening.

    10. How could I be 45 years old and have never heard a song by Dave Alvin? What a gem I discovered this past Saturday morning. Thanks again, Kevan, for helping me deepen my appreciation for good American music.
