My name is Merav Lomberg aka DJ Miz Merav. I have always had a passion for music. I have played the ukulele for almost five years now. Through my love of jam sessions, I have met a lot of amazing artists with whom I have kept close contact. Now that I am a DJ for KTUH, I have a chance to play new music by emerging artists, and this is precisely the focus of my show, Tweekers Speakers.

Tweekers Speakers gives new artists air time because—let’s face it—everybody is getting tired of the same 5 songs looped on the other stations. I believe that each artist on my show has incredible talent and potential. If they did not I would not back them with my name. People want to be exposed to new music without having to search for it themselves and this is a service I am happy to provide. While on the air I strive to keep high and positive energy levels. I absolutely hate to hear monotone voices on the radio. I enjoy bringing in new guests and talent to keep things exciting, as well as giving away on-air prizes and gift certificates, mostly donated by the guests on my shows. Morning rush listeners have responded enthusiastically to the music I play, and I provide an upbeat personality to get the day started.
